Richard Dale Davis, 61, of Decatur, IL passed away at 4:46 a.m. on Wednesday (June 9, 2010) in his residence.

Mr. Davis was born on July 3, 1948 in Decatur, IL, the son of Oscar and Pauline Davis. He worked for a cross-country escort trucking service. He married Felicia R. McGee on September 18, 2009.

Surviving are his wife: Felicia R. Davis of Decatur, IL; brother: Clifford Davis of Decatur, IL; sister: Reta (Robert) Humpage of Decatur, IL; half-sisters: Jackie Rogers of East Peoria, IL and Mattie Carrigan of Peoria, IL; four grandsons; numerous step-brothers and step-sisters also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sons: Richard Davis Jr. and Jerry Davis.
